Rick, a Registered Public Valuer since 1984, has served as a director of FordBakersince 1988. With combined Valuer qualifications in both plant and property, he also held a committee membership with the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers. Rick's expertise encompasses Going Concern assessments, feasibility studies, commercial and industrial arbitration, valuations and consultancy, fire/damage loss, and insurance assessments, along with expert witness consultancy. While Rick is winding down his active Valuing career he continues to assist the Ford Baker team in a Consultancy role.
