Rick, a Registered Public Valuer since 1984, has served as a director of FordBaker since 1988. With combined Valuer qualifications in both plant and property, he also held a committee membership with the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers. Rick's expertise encompasses Going Concern assessments, feasibility studies, commercial and industrial arbitration, valuations and consultancy, fire/damage loss, and insurance assessments, along with expert witness consultancy. Beyond his professional pursuits, Rick values strong family bonds and embraces the lifestyle opportunities of bach living on the waterfront of Banks Peninsula. With a lifetime of experience in both competitive and leisure yachting throughout New Zealand, Rick boasts numerous local and national yachting class titles.
