Millie became a part of the FordBaker team in 2020 upon completing her Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University. She achieved registration in November 2022 and assumed the roles of shareholder and director at FordBaker Valuation Limited in 2026. Millie specialises in residential property valuation, focusing on multi-unit and subdivision development for finance, insurance and market purposes. Outside the office, Millie can often be found mountain biking in the Port Hills, cooking for friends and family and escaping on the occasional weekend adventure, preferably somewhere that involves a boat and the water.
