Vic has been in practice since 1993, gaining experience across the wider Canterbury province. Joining FordBaker Valuation Ltd in 2011, he ascended to the role of Director in January 2014. Vic specialises in residential, rural residential, and light industrial/commercial property, with significant expertise in sub-divisible land and residential investment properties. Outside of his professional pursuits, Vic is an outdoors enthusiast, seizing any opportunity to leave town. He has a particular fondness for fishing, even though the act of actually catching fish eludes him on a frequent basis. Despite his passion for sports, Vic finds it challenging to actively participate in them these days due to time constraints.
