In 2011, Alan commenced his career valuing residential property in the broader Southland region, achieving Registration in May 2015. Transitioning to Christchurch in late 2015, he diversified his valuation work before joining FordBaker Valuation Ltd in January 2019, specialising in Commercial and Residential Property Valuation. Alan assumed the roles of shareholder and director at FordBaker Valuation Limited in 2022. Beyond the office, Alan is fervently engaged in playing and watching various sports, with a particular presence on the golf course throughout the year. In his leisure time, when not involved in sports, Alan can be found dedicating his efforts to the restoration of his old villa.
